Constants in Life !

Good morning

A warm cup of tea , a book (Kindle eBook these days) and a soothingly lit corner of my bed are my constants in life. That never fail to comfort & calm me.

In a world obsessed with aggression & activity, it is important to find a centre that can hold us, anchor us.

Metabolic diseases, obesity, mental health issues are on the rise. In fact psychological aspects of various diseases are new areas of research these days. An anxious mind is associated with high pulse rate (heart rate)  and a high pulse rate is associated with increased risk of death.

So. it is important to find our center of strength, of comfort !
